Data Management Options
🩺 Delete Health Data

- Useful if you want to restart health tracking from zero.
🆘 Delete SOS Logs
- Deletes your alerts, reminders, fall detection records, and event history.
- Keeps your SOS system clean and updated.
📍 Delete Location History
- Erases safe zones, saved places, and one-way shared locations.
- Recommended if you change residence or travel habits.
⚙️ Reset App Settings
- Resets preferences such as themes, notification settings, and health goals.
- Does not affect saved contacts or health records.
🗑️ Delete ALL App Data
- Permanently deletes all user data stored in the app, including contacts, health, SOS, and settings.
- Use only if you want to completely reset or uninstall the app.
Deleting all app data is irreversible. Make sure you have backed up your data to Google Drive before using this option.
Best Practices
- Backup before deletion: Use Cloud Save to Drive to safeguard data.
- Reset instead of delete: If you only want to refresh preferences, choose Reset App Settings.
- Use Delete ALL cautiously: Only when you are certain you no longer need the data.
FAQs
