Sleep Tracking

The Sleep Tracking feature in the Famalth ONE App helps you monitor your rest patterns over time.
It shows your last recorded sleep session, a 7-day sleep trend graph, and allows manual logging to keep your records accurate.

With Sleep Tracking, you can:

  • View your last sleep session in hours and minutes.
  • See a 7-day trend chart with daily sleep duration.
  • Manually add or update sleep logs.
  • Identify under-rested, balanced, or well-rested days.

Tracking sleep helps you maintain healthy routines and improves your Health Score.


How to Track Sleep

  1. Open the Famalth ONE App.
  2. Navigate to the Health Dashboard.
  3. Scroll to the Sleep card (last 7).
  4. Tap Add Sleep to:
    • Enter new sleep hours.
    • Correct or adjust existing entries.
  5. Save your changes to update the graph and summaries.

Understanding Sleep Data

  • Last Session: Shows the most recent sleep entry (e.g., 4.8 hours).
  • Trend Graph: Displays the past 7 days with peaks and drops in sleep duration.
  • Targets: Helps compare actual sleep with your daily goal (default 8h).

Does the app track sleep automatically?

Currently, sleep is logged manually. Future updates may include integration with supported devices.

Can I edit previous sleep sessions?

Yes. Tap Add Sleep and adjust the data for past days.

Does short sleep lower my Health Score?

Yes. Insufficient or inconsistent sleep reduces your daily Health Score.
