The Blood Glucose tracker in the Famalth ONE App helps you monitor blood sugar levels over time.
You can log glucose readings, track trends, and set your own target ranges to manage diabetes or maintain healthy glucose control.
Overview
With Blood Glucose, you can:
- Log readings for Fasting, Pre-meal, and Post-meal.
- Track glucose daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- View glucose insights: average, minimum, maximum, in-range percentage.
- Compare results with your target glucose range.
- Customize glucose units (mg/dL or mmol/L) and range.
How to Log a Glucose Reading
- Open the Famalth ONE App.
- Go to the Health Dashboard → Blood Glucose card.
- Tap Open Glucose.
- Select Log Reading.
- Choose a reading type:
- Fasting
- Pre-meal
- Post-1h (after meal)
- Enter:
- Glucose value (mg/dL or mmol/L)
- (Optional) Insulin dose
- (Optional) Carbs consumed (grams)
- (Optional) Notes for context
- Save the reading.
Insights and Trends
- Daily View: Shows today’s readings and time-in-range.
- Weekly View: Summarizes readings across the week.
- Monthly View: Identifies longer trends in glucose control.
- Yearly View: Annual overview for overall health tracking.
Glucose Insights include:
- Average value
- Minimum and maximum readings
- Time spent in range (%)
- Estimated A1C (if enough data is logged)
Glucose Settings
- Units: mg/dL (default) or mmol/L
- Target Range: Default is 70–180 mg/dL, but can be adjusted.
- Quick presets available:
- 70–180 mg/dL
- 80–140 mg/dL
- 90–160 mg/dL
