Weekly Activity Reports allow you to:

  • See the number of active days achieved.
  • View estimated calories burned based on your movement.

Reports are automatically generated, providing easy insights without requiring manual tracking.


What Weekly Activity Reports Include

How Reports Are Generated

  • Reports are automatically created every week (Monday to Sunday cycle).
  • Step data and activity logs are captured through your device’s motion sensors.
  • Reports update and reset at the start of each new week.
  • No internet connection is needed for tracking — syncing occurs locally.

If the app was inactive during certain days, those days will be marked with "No Data" in your report.


How to View Your Weekly Report

  1. Open the SOS App.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Activity.
  3. Scroll to Weekly Activity Reports.
  4. Browse the current or previous week's summaries in chart:

    • Active days
