Appointment lifecycle: Scheduled → Waiting → In Consultation → Prescription Saved → Billed → Completed.
Reception can move a missed token to No Show or return it to the Waiting queue.
Public bookings can reserve a slot as Scheduled (Pay at Clinic), without requiring upfront payment.
Doctors can prescribe a custom medicine even when it is not linked to pharmacy stock; it remains on the prescription but does not trigger automatic inventory deduction.
Inventory-linked prescriptions can be checked against available batches, expiry dates, and current stock before being sent to pharmacy billing.
Consultation settlement supports Cash, UPI QR, and Card, with the completed payment posted to the clinic's financial cash ledger.
Clinic administrators can pause bookings for the day by setting the clinic status to Closed Today; public booking slots for that day are locked.
Patients can review upcoming appointments and token status, cancel bookings, and download past prescription PDFs and medical invoices from the public portal.
